Refund policy

At Smart Havene, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Refund Eligibility Customers may request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving the order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To Qualify for a Return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Photos or videos may be required for damaged or incorrect items

Non-Refundable Items We do not accept refunds for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or change of mind after the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Refund Process If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
